They are in dutch but hopefully you can figure it out. Besides removing bloatware/adware/junkware this defrag and optimize will give you a noticeable boot speed and operating boost. I don't know my specs exactly so hopefully you can find them on the internet. I thought it was nothing serious so I shut down my laptop with the powerbutton. Thank you very much for recommending me the programm here are the results after running it.

I ran a clean boot and the problem still occured so i don't think that was the problem, thanks for the tip though. i was trying to fix this for about 3 months but without results, but this all worked so now i don't have to send it back for warrenty and have to After that I rebooted by laptop and it started up really quickly. Also sometime when it stutters the screen goes black and when it returns it says: Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. By remapping it you moved the bad sector to a good one. Your cache administrator is webmaster.

I believe it's chkdsk c: /p but you can look it up, that's from the command prompt. I run that defrag and optimization about once a week or eve routine I do wk does updates etc.
