Pop Up Adds And Tool Bar Missing

The problem is, when the pop up comes up, I have no File Menu, Bookmarks Toolbar, etc. I personally can figure out alternative ways but since Firefox is "made for us, by us" it would be great if Firefox was compatible in ways novice users do not need Portions of this content are ©1998–2017 by individual mozilla.org contributors. For suddenly missing toolbars in Chrome, try looking under the "View" menu located 4th from the left along the uppermost menu bar on your screen (after "Chrome", "File", and "Edit").
