Run HijackThis! Open Windows Explorer (Windows key+e), drill down and delete the following files and folders if found:C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates\ <--FolderC:\WINDOWS\System32\nvrsptb.exe <--FileC:\Program Files\Updates from HP\137903\Program\BackWeb-137903.exe <--FileReboot and post a new HJT log. It generally is not a good idea to have more than one AV running as they can conflict.
