You may also try to update network drivers. I'd start by removing things from the equation. I have disabled the firewall but its still the same so pretty annoying. - Yeah, that is a bit confusing, especially the last line "Remote Desktop Protocol 8.1 Supported" and mine says the exact same.

In the registry, it had the setting set to have RDP disabled. The only difference is the modem/router. Not the answer you're looking for? When I keep trying I eventually make the connection and then it lets me in but I am booted out by the connection disconnecting after a short period.
