It died shortly after, although it was 80+ certified and seemed to be of good quality (and also i didn't use it to it's full capacity). I am currently having the same issue. I got Dell to swap my motherboard twice since after research other owners of the Dell XP said that they thought it was a faulty Motherbaord. Whenever my computers have started to randomly restart and throw Kernel Power errors, I make sure it's not the power coming out of the wall, and replace the PSU. Maybe it is a sleep/hibernation issue since my power supply is external. I always use S1 instead of S3 hibernate sleep. At this point, I only have Malwarebytes and Kaspersky Pure 3.0 running (not a forced scan, just realtime protection).

I reinstalled my gpu drivers and cleaned them out using driver sweeper, it worked for awhile but I just had another one. See HERE.
